Agilent PHD-4 Portable Sniffer

Agilent PHD-4 是安捷倫最小型的氦質譜檢漏儀，Agilent PHD-4包含電池的重量只有2.6公斤，Agilent PHD-4 可以連續工作四小時，

Agilent PHD-4利用其**的SPID技術，(SPID: Selective Ion Pump Detection) 最低分辯率為5*10-6mbar*L/s 

Agilent PHD-4 非常輕便，其重量（包含內部電池）不過2.6公斤，外觀尺寸：170mm*136mm*291mm,完全可以輕松背著它四處行走，
