Inficon LDS2010 采用德國Pfeiffer TMH071-010-005P mode :PM P02 810G復合分子泵作為其發動機，轉速為90000rpm,流量 為三個不同的抽氣口，分別對應5L/s, 10L/s 及71L/s.
Inficon LDS2010 對應的分子泵控制器為Pfeiffer TC600
